Returns And Refunds Eligibility

We accept returns and provide refunds under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will provide instructions on how to return the item and process a refund or replacement.

Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service team at hello@kerrystylessessions.com.au

We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or issue a refund upon return of the incorrect item.

Sizing Issues: If the item you ordered does not fit as expected, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please refer to the sizing guide provided on our website and ensure you follow our sizing guidelines for accurate measurements.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Clearance or Sale Items. All clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Refund Process

Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

We reserve the right not to give you a refund unless we are satisfied the item has not been worn and is not damaged (except for manufacturing faults).

Refund Issuance: If the return is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method within 7 days.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Service: Complete your enclosed Customer Return Form. Reach out to our customer service team at hello@kerrystylessessions.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

Note: Items purchased in-store will need to be returned in-store.

Return Authorisation: Our customer service team will guide you through the return authorisation process if your return request is eligible.

Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Please let our customer service team know your tracking number at hello@kerrystylessessions.com.au.
